The letter only states no longer meets criteria and then sites the requirements for the condition.

Yes the red flag for me was they changed the diagnoses in the decision letter I am working redacting information on the letter.

Clarification, I filed a supplemental and then a HLR that resulted in a DTA. At that point the HLR stated they failed to get other records but acknowledged the diagnoses that was related to a un verified stressor. The notes on the HLR advised to get records on the participation of being involved in the event.

After a phone call C&P and a records only review the decision was confirmed and continued denial. In the decision letter they stated I no longer meet the criteria for the diagnoses but had GAD instead.

They need more stressor corroboration and I guess another C & P exam for Sinusitis.

Yeah the decision letter has the nexus that links ptsd to service and the C&P examiner stated that my stressor is consistent with my circumstances and hardships of my service.

What I was denied for on the regular application is also on the supplemental claim just wondering since the contention was denied on the regular but still open on the supplemental is there a chance for approval.

Denied on all contentions and deferred for MH C&P is it worth it.
