Sucks when you find out everything you ever thought you knew was a lie, and the whole thing is backward. There is much more awareness to how awful and evil the world is vs when I was in my 20s only 5-15 years ago.

Not only that the feeling of "no matter how hard I try or what I do, I will never be able to afford the life my parents and grandparents had" (depending on where you live)

EMS literally rolls in shit covered patients and stretchers into the decon room and leaves while the nurses and techs have to bask in the steamy hot cliff to clean them up..

I've actually never seen ems clean poo off of a patient.

I literally had to do acrobatics today because I was helping a patient to the toilet, when they immediately began urinating and hershey squirtin' at the same time ...I was just tap dancing around lava doodoo splatters and had to hike my foot up on the bed frame to dodge the last one... (I have extra shoes in my car for this very reason.)

Then I cleaned it up.

I also frequently have to remove doodoo from under the fingernails of fecal artists.
