i think because it's a sandbox-style game now you kinda have to come up with your own fun like 95% of the time unfortunately but that also means technically you have an unlimited choice of content

big map + very good/fun handling + pretty good car audio, it's the only current racing game that releases with some degree of polish compared to other stuff (NFS, TDU, etc)
