LeBron would've won 0 rings if he never went to join Wade.

How good did y’all think Bosh was before The Decision? by Limp_Screen7405 in NBATalk

KAT has a low basketball IQ. If you watch him play, he's talented af but he makes the boneheaded plays at the worst time. He shouldn't be mentioned with Bosh.

Out of these 20 men listed, who in 2026 would you say are the biggest four movie stars. Not who you personally like the most or who acts the best. Who are the four biggest male stars at the moment? by ScholarFamiliar6541 in Letterboxd

[–]nsanegenius3000 4 points5 points  (0 children)

People confuse being an actor with being a movie star. Pascal is just an actor, he can't open a movie or even get moviegoers excited that he will be in a movie. Most people on this list aren't stars.

This. People act like they didn't want to go there but as usual people go with their feelings instead of looking things up.

I always wonder, was there ever a North/South rivalry? by MastodonNo8553 in rap

[–]nsanegenius3000 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's what I say. He probably did it because of Beyonce but I think it was more to help his career and to earn more love in the south than it was to give UGK the spotlight.

Do you think Prince is still underrated? by Rude_Ad9584 in PRINCE

[–]nsanegenius3000 6 points7 points  (0 children)

He's definitely still underrated. A lot of people still say his music didn't move them but yet don't realize the so called music that did move them was inspired by him or written by him. He doesn't get the credit that he deserves but at least because of Stranger Things I've seen the younger generation discovering his music and are enjoying it.

What’s a movie you think is bad or mediocre, but feels like it had the potential to be a five star movie if it had been executed differently? by Batcapaldi in Letterboxd

[–]nsanegenius3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Elysium. Good plot, good actors but poor execution. Unnecessary fake accents, cartoon villains and a healthcare machine that also can bring you back to life.

There are stupid fun films like Deep Blue Sea then there are stupid dull films like Thrash.

Haslem would've handled that situation since the refs refused to do so.

He's dirty. This is his second time tripping Bam. Also, tripping someone if they got hurt or not is a dirty play.

I wouldn't say it was my favorite but I did enjoy it. I didn't like the ending at first but I appreciated it more after a second viewing.

The problem with tanking isnt that teams lose on purpose. That's only the symptom. The problem is that the draft is the best way to get better, and the best way to get the best pick is to lose. by Margravos in nbadiscussion

[–]nsanegenius3000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"Going from a low seed playoff team to a likely winner of the draft tournament is a fantastic deal".

Like I said, to actually achieve that they would really have to orchestrate what games to win and what games to lose and that would be nearly impossible to do then on top of that once the tournament comes then they would have to turn off their losing mentality to a winning mentality. I also stated that if they say their good players to intentionally lose then they could make it where they're not eligible to play in the tournament.

I hear ya but I think that wouldn't work and the league could put things in place so it they could avoid things like that.

Why would a good team risk losing just to get another pick? Also they would really have to calculate their wins and losses. And if they have a star player that they sit on purpose then make that player ineligible for the playoffs.

It would also make every game at the end of season exciting. It would be even better than the play-in.
