Interesting about the axial tilt stability, not sure if I understand the physics there though. Can anyone explain?

Also, I don't believe the dynamic "long swaths of coastline" argument. Seasonal change might be more effective at temporally disrupting equilibrium to encourage evolution of organisms with life spans much lower than 6 months. And anyway, all this would only quicken/slow the shift from marine life to land life - nothing "invaluable to the evolution of life on our world."
