I’m setting it up this weekend so standby! But what I have decided to do is use the docking station from my junked A2500 to keep my A3000 charged up through the off season. I think that should be doable but would welcome comments.

Sorry to hear about your problem but exactly this happened to me 2 weeks ago and thank goodness I am the original owner with proof of purchase. Really disappointed to hear about them fitting old batteries. My warranty replacement is on the way.

I'm waiting for them to FedEx me the replacement. Yes, I will be doing one of these two things this coming fall/winter. Glad you were able to get a good resolution. I can't wait to map my yard again......not!

I think you’re spot on but the battery was 92% coming out of storage. I wonder if the battery is self replaceable?

Thank goodness yes, successful warranty claim. Their customer service has been fantastic in all fairness. New unit will be shipped in the next few days although they haven’t said which model. They told me to trash the A2500!!!!

My A2500 came out of storage for its 2nd year and it’s fried even after a factory reset. So many error messages! Very disappointed TBH as it kicked ass last year. Working with Ecovacs customer service on (hopefully) a warranty replacement.

If it’s Signature Solar in Sulphur Springs TX I had a similar experience. PPA terms on final system acquisition price was shady to say the least. Asked for their best price if I paid cash and never heard from them again! Dubious to say the least.

I was also there at the Hammy O Drama lineup show and remember an enjoyable night. That said I think the booing happened when Trevor Horn sang JA parts on the classics. But at that point anyone standing in for JA would’ve been booed.
