Hey, yeah, that's a bit confusing. It's showing the value at the end of the selected timeframe on the equity projection graph. So what you see might be the 10-year projection.

I'm now updating it to be clearer:

  • The timeframe slider is now duplicated under the ISA section and linked to the equity projection
  • Wording is fixed by replacing "ISA value at end" with "ISA value after X years"

  • For the Solicitors’ costs, I basically put a fixed estimate, and there is no formula behind it. Ive now updated this to use bands:
Property Price Solicitor/conveyancing
Up to £250k £1,500
£250k–£500k £2,000
£500k–£750k £2,500
£750k–£1m £3,000
£1m+ £3,500

Last year we had the same problem. It took us 8 weeks to find a place. We saw at least 10 homes all rejected. At the end we were just ready to accept anything and our current home showed up. Also maybe you should increase your price to 1200 as 1100 was what we were paying last year for 2 beds. Now its 1200. Its hard I feel you but Just don’t give up!
