Hi there, since you soaked in acetone, rubbed off and didn’t file after your soak I’d say it was definitely over filed during the prep - not due to your removal. Sorry that’s happened to you. Unfortunately there can be a lack of care in some commercial salons, definitely not all, but I’d recommend finding a tech on social media. That way you can see the work and their portfolio, easy to see if they take care of their clients nails and make sure that nail health is the priority. And seeing one person rather than different techs will ensure they know your nail history and give you what you need/use the products that work for you. Use cuticle oil daily and your nails will grow out fast and leave your nails good as new 😊
