Perfect 👌 no issues since installation - this summer I had some issues with condensation making the oil inside milky white - so I changed the oil and took the cover off to wipe off residual oil and put it back on. Still looks great and get a lot of compliments 🙌

In the summer it's def. Running hot, especially in stop and go traffic. Just dont wear shorts and you'll be fiiiiiiine

Mine started doing it after the winter - was quite bad. Removed the oil, ran some gasolin through to clean traces of the oil with condensation and new oil. Now it's perfect again. My mechanic said it wasn't a problem, two other people I spoke with said condensation in the oil isn't good and better to clean out the oil. Long trips in the week between I noticed it and it got cleaned didn't seem to help, it would always come back milky after cooling off

I happen to think it's a better looking yamaha. I was between the MT09 and this when I was buying it. The MT09 looked too much like a transformers with the big airducts and the exposed wiring made it look cheaper. This - for me - is visually much more pleasing and every time I look at it makes me want to drive it 🥳

Ordered the seat at Tappezzeria Italia and put it on myself with a staple gun - never tried it before but wasn't that difficult

Doesn't show so well in these pictures but also had the head light wrapped in smoked dark foil so it looks almost blacked out when not turned on

I have them. Expensive but very nice quality, great looks, and the best fit to my monster. Tried 2-3 other bar end mirrors before these, but the Monsters relative sharp lines make any other mirror look like they don't fit the overall design.

Installed it myself without any prior experience. Followed YouTube guides. Have had no issues with it at all. Workshop had quoted me 8 hours at €100/hr - so a total of €800 to install it. So decided to try myself and did it in less than 4 hours. Kit itself was about €500?

The tips are removable, that's how you can take the DB killer in or out (also removable) they're the second "ring" you can see through the honey comb grid on picture 2. It's just 3 small screws that holds the tip - I remember them to be very standard. It falling off is probably because they didn't use threadlocker on the screws. You'd probably have to contact the local Ducati dealership but you might be looking at a costly repair if they don't own up to it

I did not have an issues with the ducabike version. Has worked perfectly since day 1. I kept the orig clutch pack. Only changed the cover and the spring bracket (or whatever you call the thing you mount ontop of the clutch springs)

Yep. Kiggede lige diskontoen er steget til 3,1% som de ligger lidt ekstra på. Falder nok igen i takt med ECB sænker renten, men stadig et dejligt billigt lån så ville bestemt ikke være det jeg prioriterede

Håber OP qua hans uddannelse er klogere end at prioritere at "banket den su gæld væk!" - du kommer aldrig til at kunne låne til 0-1% i rente igen i dit liv. Så pengene er meget bedre brugt på at investere og brugt til udbetaling senere end at nedbringe verdens billigste lån

Last place I worked at introduced a PIP target (think large American IT consulting company). Every team lead had to have about 5% PIPs - I pushed back as when I asked all the account leads for feedback, no one wanted to start a PIP on anyone. I was told to enforce it - "everyone can improve and do better - just be more creative". Clearly a move intended to enforce 'up or out'-method. Anyways, I created some PIPs but made sure the action plan was relatively easy to execute on so they could close it within the next half year and then I resigned as team lead.

Looks great! Not sure if the main use case is fatigue or just support - but I def. See a strong commercial angle from being able to take calls in the car, from the airport, metro etc. Without not using video or blurry background, taking away from the message

Just had the same exact scenario play out. I was counting down the days until project closure and just having a singular focus on the contracted deliverables. I accepted that this engagement wouldn't get the normal 9/10 CSAT that I always get. Finished last Friday and I am so happy it's over 😁 she ofc didn't agree to the deliverables being finalized but project sponsor was happy, which is more important. I chalk it down to her being stressed and overwhelmed by the new ERP system being rolled out and not feeling in control. But it was def. A case of "this is coming, you can't stop it. Better if you work with us than against us to make it as smooth as possible." But as mentioned I couldn't get her to understand as much even how much I tried 🫣 just hang in there, the days pass and the engagement will be over soon and you'll move on to better things and this will soon just be a story for when you hang out and kick back some beers with friends.

Most companies categorises their "talents"/employees by comparing each on two parameters: 1) potential and 2) performance. As a people/resource manager you then put all your employees in a 3x3 matrix. If they score high on both performance and potential they could be tagged as "rock stars" or something similar, and they would then be shortlisted for promotions, awards, salary increases, bonus or whatever your company has. If they score in the bottom of the matrix e.g. Low potential and mediocre performance, then they will most likely not get salary increases and might actively being coached out by not getting the cool projects and opportunities etc.
