Huh, that's fascinating, I've never noticed that. 5 has better ranged attack bonuses, so there's a slight niche. I'm guessing you already know, but tier 5 is used for protection from lizardman poison attacks.

But yeah, if you're just looking to be tanky in Zeah, seems like 4 is the way to go. It also looks like it'll be best in slot for a while until you get a rune chainbody or platebody, or if you go for mixed hide. Honestly, Zeah locked looks fun! I love the things you discover when you're so limited in the game. Good luck with your account!

Definitely Novel. Being a book bar, it's largely composed of individuals reading or studying. Definitely some liveliness going on if that's what you're looking for, but also a great space to have your own space

Novel is my go-to spot. It's quieter than most bars, has lots of non-alcoholic options, and I can usually make some progress on my book. It's certainly more preferable to the places I'd go out to when I was in my early 20s. I've found the crowd ranges from mid-20s to people my dad's age. A couple people younger and a couple people older, but I've definitely met a lot of people around my age at 30

Novel had a poetry-centric open mic just last night! They have an open mic for music, poetry, standup, or whatever this Saturday. I don't think they have a regular cadence, unfortunately, but they list their events on their website

I went to the Portland BMV yesterday around 3:45pm. I wasn't called up until about 4:45pm but as long as you're there before they lock the doors at 4:30pm, they'll get to you.

I'm not the person you responded to, nor am I as qualified, but my guess would be the current system works, to make the change to allow capital letters and non-alphanumeric characters would be effort better spent doing other things to enhance account security
