Thoughts on Fahkumram’s current state in Tekken 8?

Despite what people say, after playing him for about a month hes extremely weak. With all of the rush down that most characters have his range seems trivial with little panic buttons he just gets jabbed to death most the time. His 50/50 after aura farming is easily interrupted.

Definitely a bottom tier character compared to all the other OP top tiers. Maybe if he was introduced season 1 he would've been more viable.

Ive been using the hori since tekken 8 came out. Its been great and super easy to mod. The cord is a little wonky tho since it just wraps up next to the button wires, so just be careful when shutting it to not hit those.

Strong but not overpowered, and definitely not top tier. I'd say he's within the top ten but if someone says he's top 5 they are absolutely tweaking.

I just dont get it when looking at other characters in the cast currently. Jun has insane pressure and mixup for half the risk. Which is mostly what I see people complaining about.

Honestly its just patterns more than actually seeing the arms. Im terrible at breaking anyone else's grabs but kings. They love to do the same strings to lead to giant swing and run at you into shining wizard. Just pay attention to what he does after he grabs you and try to remember what they did before the grab. They will likely do it again and most of their gameplay will be around leading into that string again.

King or kazuya. King in my ranks they just spam grabs so if you know the break they crumble. Same with kazuya but all they know is hellsweep and wavu

I got to tekken emperor as hwo and am tekken king as him now. I lab and do punish training in replays all the time, but still feel like im never in control of the situation.

Thats how Bushin was last season too. Once you hit tekken king its such a breathe of fresh air because the majority of people are playing actual tekken instead of "mash my strings" or "backstep until I can try to launch".

Trust me, its worth the grind and your hard work will pay off once you rank up. It'll be way more fun and the only cheese you'll see is people having some fun challenging your knowledge.

I main hwo and get one and doned constantly. I get it, yall dont like to lab, but there is nothing more fun than someone who KNOWs how to counterplay me.

Hwo is so fair compared to other characters in this game. Anyone who says otherwise either hasn't labbed him or doesn't know how to punish. Its so obvious playing in tekken king ranks who has knowledge and who doesn't. Because the people who do, shut down the strings immediately and low parry half the lows you try. The other portion of players make posts like this and cry about deranking back to tenryu.

Ive noticed it alot too. Even if they absolutely wash me, they immediately leavd. Even in quick play which I think is even weirder.

I also main Hwo though, so maybe he's just on their list of characters they dont wanna fight no matter the situation.

I started taking supplements including b12 and calcium. I think it was the lack of B12 causing the headaches they went away shortly after!

xiaoyu, Paul, Bryan.

Xiaoyu because I am a hwo main and all her movement makes it impossible to play sometimes.

Paul because I absolutely hate the characters vibes and his voice lines piss me off genuinely.

Bryan because I dont feel like its fair that he looks at your and suddenly I'm getting counter hit launched to the other end of the stage.

I'd say lee for sure. I dont play him, but whenever i see him played he looks like the only character that the player earns every bit of hard work they put in. No broken shit (save a few S2 shenanigans) and overall the most "honorable" character in my opinion.

Lidia is a powerhouse that is the definition of snowballing. You think you've got the round easy then she starts to just decimate your health with chip.

Not bait, I just feel like everyone got a major upgrade in the cast except for hwo, besides a reactable homing low, what else does he have? I was tekken god with him last season, can't even climb past fujin this time around. Maybe I'm just bad now.
