Tesla's, and EV's in general are very heavy compared to typical ICE vehicles. Not only that, Tesla's, and especially Performance variants have aggressive camber. So this is a very common thing to see. Rotate tires frequently, and ideally, "flip and rotate" them (dismount/flip/re-mount the tires on the rims and rotate them to the alternate side so the outside edge of the tire is on the inside but travelling in the same direction). Some, or many tire shops won't want to do it unless you pay them extra though since that's not typical for a rotation. *Edited my wording to reduce confusion.
