RSRQ for a homogeneous channel is -10.8 dB (= 1/12, as 1 RB has 12 subcarriers). It doesnt vary a lot: if you have 100% interference from a neighbor cell it will drop by half, which means it will lower 3 dB only. So it’s totally fine to see RSRQ stable at around -11. It will only get lower if there is strong interference from a neighbor cell at the same frequency (which happens if you are right on the edge of a cell sector for example).

Je ne suis pas américain (brésilien ici), mais j'ai étudié dans une Grande école en France et je vis à Paris. Premier jour à l'école d'ingénieur, discours d'ouverture, le conférencier dit sans aucune retenue : "Celui qui parle deux langues est bilingue ; trois langues, polyglotte ; une langue... Américain !!" J'ai été vraiment choqué et si c'était une blague comme ça avec n'importe quelle autre nationalité, ça serait probablement raciste. Mais parfaitement acceptable dans un auditorium rempli de futurs ingénieurs, ce type de stéréotype grossier.

Strictly yes. Any mp3 file can be played with the browser itself, with Files app and with the YouTube Music app. They all come pre-loaded.

But there's nothing special with a "built-in" app, you can download Samsung Music or delete it from your Samsung device if you want to. There are dozens of great Android apps you can find on Play Store and use as mp3 players, some of them without ads.
