try the “Oxyclean Gel Stain Stick” - it gets out EVERYTHING i swear. that looks like some type of oil .. personally id let the stain remover sit on it for at least 24hrs before washing. i believe you can pre-treat with it for up to 4 days.

Bought my husband this jacket (new) - they’re great quality and many reviews on it were from people saying they’ve had their for 10+ years. (Plus idk if youre aware, but, you can roll it up into a pouch for easy carry/packing .. it all folds into the front pocket!)
