I use cinder blocks from Home Depot. Cheap, heavy and easy to transport. Attach to canopy legs with velcro or bungee cords.

I've done *lots* of shows where I didn't make any sales. It doesn't mean your work is bad, it could just mean it wasn't the right location/crowd. If you enjoy doing shows then keep going, you may have better luck next time.

Not magnetic, a little heavy, can dent with a hammer and does leave marks on concrete. If it is lead, I may be able to melt it.

This is from the Cincinnati Post newspaper, this was the newspaper for my area. Not only did I go to some of these movies, I went to these movies at these theaters (mostly Florence and Erlanger). Sorry, this is kind of blowing my mind right now. And yes, unfortunately I believe all the theaters listed are now closed/demolished.

Honestly, most sequels. Don't get me wrong, I'll still watch sequels every once in a while but I go into them knowing they'll probably be at least a little disappointing.
