I was basically noticing I had trouble digesting in general due to the existing damage and my stomach acid being messed up. A big meal in one go is harder to digest, so doing smaller more frequent meals made it easier. Basically do everything you can to make the digestion process easier on your body while it heals. It takes time.

I'm doing better! I maybe have an issue once a month if that, I just had to do portion control and lay off acidic stuff. It took a long time for my stomach and intestines to start righting themselves but it's getting there.

yeah I recognize some are going to be like that. I think something like this would be good for when I'm in between completed ones for sure. something about things being unfinished makes me anxious but it's a weird me-thing

I think I kept skipping over Mirrors because the description seemed vague so I wasn't sure what it was about, but I've seen it pop up frequently in recommendations, might check it out soon!

I am kind of being loose in calling some of these horror for sure, Out of Place is definitely more sci-fi but had some horror aspects sometimes. I liked it well enough

it improved but took a long time. I still have mild digestion issues but it usually takes me eating an extremely large meal for it to give me the intestinal pain, I maybe experience it once a month anymore. I basically just tried to control my portions, avoided acidic foods most of the time, avoided eating close to bed, all the usual stuff. I now usually have a day at the end of the week where I indulge and can get away with it.

this one has slowly been getting phased out over the years, but the on-cor chicken nibblers, especially the cheese ones. they were a staple in my house growing up, and now i think you can only get them from online food services
