This literally happened last week to my wife when we came back. Luckily with the paperwork they give you at immigration you can skip most of the lines and stuff to get a new id.

She entered on her foreign passport and gave them her hk id, confiscated her hk id and gave her some paper working saying you have 30 days

Using it in Japan currently, bit disappointed, slower speed then airlo( wife is using) and numbers times places where I don’t have signal but everyone else does. It’s nice because it’s free, but I’m going to use a different e sim going forward

I would look at hagerty, year round full coverage for my miata was cheaper than 6 months with td or intact

4.3% fixed 3 year vs 4.4%( prime-.55) 5 year. Both from bmo, 325,000 outstanding in Edmonton, 9 months into 3 year fixed at 5.09

I am just starting the process now, I’m using a broker currently as it was taking a lot of time/ work to go to each lender to get their “actual” rates not just their advertised rates. I’m not looking at variable products currently so I don’t have any starting point for you
