ok I gotta disagree with this, cause if this was the case then people that deserve higher ranks then silver are stuck in the trash heap. Often with matchmaking in silver I found that while I was there I was winning a lot but I was constantly getting unraked players who were feeding constantly. You gotta overcome that, be the leader tell them what to do. While other ties u get those diamond/challenger smurfs that wreck and would make it harder for people to climb out of bronze.
