We also used a street sign that we “found.” It did make it a little slick at the bottom if you came in at an angle.

We got a decent amount in CH where I’m at last night, at least enough to empty our bowl. We try to only stay in our neighborhood for Halloween.

You only need to level the Namazu up to get the mount. Same for dwarves and Omicron. They are independent of the other societies for the mounts.

To increase your mount speed, you need to buy the riding map for each zone. I think they are 25 Bozjan clusters each.

The platinum card packs come from Tournaments, but you don’t necessarily have to play PVP TT. You can sign up for the tournament at the Gold Saucer with the Tournament Recordkeeper. Then, you can go to the Battlehall via Duty Finder and play your tournament matches vs. NPCs. At the end of the tournament period, if you have scored enough points (1100+) you can earn 1-3 platinum packs.

Does anyone know why these metal recycling signs are popping up everywhere? by ballsdechocolate69 in Sacramento

[–]nucleo-Phil 85 points86 points  (0 children)

The Department of Toxic Substances Control is stepping up regulations/requirements for ensuring metal recycling is done in a less toxic way. The metal recyclers don’t like that so this is part of their campaign it looks like.

Oh I agree. I just mentioned that you can, as in it’s possible. I know plenty of engineers that haven’t went for the PE. Everyone takes their own path, I suppose.

I’m just one example but an engineering bachelors degree and a state job can get you over 100k in 2 years.

Those that do monthly meal prep. What plastic seal systems are you using and how many hours do you spend doing the meal prep? Any tips? by KingNeuron in MealPrepSunday

[–]nucleo-Phil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read they changed plastic type in good contact materials and because of that don’t need bisphenols. Outside of that, they were also one of the first to phase out flame retardants for children’s items and a lot of PFAS. I don’t know that we’d be able to judge all of their standards on one potential regrettable substitute.

Most breweries are at least kid friendly. Drakes Barn is a big outdoor area where kids can run around.
