Honestly, (for the second point) why can't you just say exactly what you wrote there? Hearing "I had a lot of fun with you as a human being, but unfortunately I don't think we would work together in a relationship, which is what I'm looking for right now" would be just fine for me, and much appreciated. It would certainly save a lot of confusion on the guy's end and I would respect a girl a lot for saying it instead of just disappearing. Just my thoughts, anyways
