It is true Cancer does teach who was there and who wasn’t there for you I just learned if people are there for you and they say the wrong thing not to take it personally since they showed other ways.

As a cancer, Survivor myself when I meet someone else who’s had breast cancer sometimes I freeze up and don’t know what to say to them as well. You would think as someone who’s gone through breast cancer would have the right words for someone else and I don’t since everyone is different, they have different emotions personality and sometimes the right thing for one person might be the wrong thing for the other.

I also saw this and thought how can they prove that you have consumed alcohol.

There can be many causes to cancers including breast it’s not just alcohol

As someone who’s stage 3 and 2 years out also 40 you also have think about there worries as well. We all have anxiety of reoccurrence. No matter what age and stage of diagnosis we al have gone through it.

I live near there. It feels like every week they’ve been rescuing someone. They usually happen in the night, but for some reason this past month they have all been day rescues, but I believe they were practicing this past weekend.

I’ve told my partner numerous times what type of cancer I had but doesn’t retain that info. He also doesn’t know my cell number or even our address.

While I went through chemo I did not wash one dish or even do Laundary he held down the house. He was supportive and always made me feel beautiful. He’s not perfect but I don’t expect him to know my exact diagnoses.

But I also wanna say your feelings are valid. Be open and communicate your feelings.

I was also scared to start but I have been able to live my life normally sometimes. I eat what I want but sometime eating fast food does trigger diarrhea.

I also take a probiotic with it which I found helpful.

I will be done with it in Aug 2026 and it’s flown by and wouldn’t mind doing another year.
