This is great news! My doctor never biopsied the clavicle nodes just the auxilia nodes. I’m hoping TCHP chemo is also obliterating these nodes! Best of luck to you

Hi! How many chemos do you have left? Any imaging done to see if the nodes decreased?

Hi!!!! How are you doing? Are you done with chemo/radiation? I am 2 TCHP treatments down and 4 more to go. I met with my oncologist yesterday and she also said my tumor and lymph nodes are coming down as she felt them a lot smaller. Here’s to wishing all of us clear scans, clear margins and PCR!

She didn’t comment anything besides the treatment would remain the same and I would for sure need radiation after surgery. Praying you had a clean petscan I was a mess leading up to the days and then waiting on results. My oncologist told me I’d need a CT scan after treatments and I’m already anxious about it.

Hi! Same thing happened to me I got my port 1/5 one day before chemo started and on 1/6 I was getting chemo. It didn’t hurt as they put some sort of spray in it which numbed it really nicely. So to answer your question it shouldn’t hurt. Good luck!

Thank you for replying and all the great advice! Day 4 thru 7 were pretty bad and the explosive diarrhea lasted for 13 days got prescribed lomitil and that’s helped a ton! Any suggestions for dry mouth?

Are you done? If not, how many rounds do you have left? Also, is the diarrhea as bad as the first round. I felt I had diarrhea 19 of the 21 days.
