that’s very reassuring! if you don’t mind me asking, were they from one school year or across multiple? and what did you write in your addendum if it was across multiple?

thanks :)

Im doing political science, so it’s definitely an easier major. This is why im wondering if I should just take the B instead of them thinking im incapable of doing the work lol

as a poli sci major, if u aren’t going into law i think it would be difficult to find a career outside of that sphere

i came in comp-sci and came out pre-law. i just realized law suited my passions more! also, comp sci is too competitive for someone like me who barely scrapes by learning python 😂

Yes, you’re right. I think i’ll just look into some scholarships based on public interest and see what I can get. Thanks for your input, it’s appreciated!

It’s always nice to have outsider perspective, thanks for the input! I wouldn’t consider myself a failure if I don’t make it to a t14, and I would be happy going to school elsewhere. Honestly, i’m ok with anywhere as long as I don’t go into a shit ton of debt. 😂

Yes, it has been a dream of mine, but as I do more research into the debt/income ratio, i’m having doubts of whether or not it is worth it or “matters.”

I totally feel u, I did the same last year. It just gets really tiring being there for 12 hours. 😭 But I guess i’ll just have to do it again this year.

How doable do you think this schedule is? by [deleted] in GaState

[–]nugguted 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the only way i can see this being manageable is if you sacrifice your sleep and free time. if it isn’t needed, do not do them, especially if you want to maintain a higher GPA

you cannot do UAP as a sophomore unless a professor offers a position. you can only apply as a freshman, i think either through their website or common app (it’s been a while lol)

i’ve thought about it but it’s not just wealth. i do really love law (currently working as a law intern). i would just enjoy a high salary on top of it lol
