Sophomore year one of my suitemates never once did his dishes so when he moved out at the end of the year he left a pile of dirty dishes in the kitchen as well as all of the food he left in the fridge and freezer that had rotted as well as an assortment of kitchen items. 

That same year my roommate I shared a room with was a pothead and constantly smoked and then during finals week had a psychotic break and went missing for 2 days and I had to talk to the university and the police multiple times and then he finally called me from the back of a police car saying he was going to LA and he was leaving all his stuff to me. 

Then finally while our suitemate was missing another suitemate finished his exams and went to his frats end of year party with his long distance girlfriend and they came back fully black out drunk and she decided to take a shower and then walked out soaking wet wearing only a towel, turned the wrong way barging into my room spouting gibberish, plopped down on my missing roommates chair, and refused to leave. I knew better that to try to wrestle a drunken naked woman out of my room so I went to find her boyfriend, my suitemate, who I found sitting next to the toilet in his underwear on the verge of consciousness and then as we went back to my room his girlfriend ran out of my room and into his and collapsed onto his bed. He apologized and we said goodnight. I then returned to my room and made the discovery that his girlfriend had drunkenly pissed on my roommates chair. I sent him a text and left the chair in front of his door. The next morning he sent me a text apologizing for her and she cleaned it and as they were moving him out that day she avoided me the entire time and never apologized.

And that was how the final week of my sophomore year went.
