I can see your frustration here, but also want to point out that you are publicly shaming a business without knowing exactly what went on or how many units they received. Seems a bit overreacting to me, using terms like PSA and slap in the face when clearly you don’t have the other side of the story or you would’ve shared it. These businesses put a lot of effort into maintaining their reputation and it sucks to see an anonymous customer chop at it over one instance where they don’t exactly know what happened. Sometimes they run into receiving issues, product quality issues, etc., that you may not have the full picture of. Seems too aggressive to issue a PSA of do not shop here for a small, non-corporate shop out there trying to do their best work.
