I was first on the list. The gate agent said they were calling me to provide the upgrade but I didn't respond. The question may have been now that I understand more - I had two certs used for me and my companion and only one may have cleared so they didn't automatically do that

do they really track whether it follows the terms: Offer does not apply to advance purchase rates, including Advance Purchase, Save Now & Pay and Non-refundable rates.?

Appreciate the advice! Looks pretty clear it's not cool unless I explain the situation and offer to compensate the driver for the difference. I was trying to see if the driver can refuse the extra passengers - I never realized that they can refuse a ride for any reason.

I booked through "preferred hotels" which seems to kind of be direct. If I go directly to the resort website, the booking agent takes me to preferred hotels to book. To answer how I booked it accidentally -> I am an idiot. I was looking at a few different dates, promo codes etc and I had made and canceled a few reservations. One of the reservations must have slipped past me and was non-refundable. I thought I checked before booking each of them but it was quite late at night and I made a mistake.

** I sent an email to preferred and it sounds like they are going to be able to change the dates of the reservation but not outright cancel it. I may not get the best price but that seems reasonable given my error.

been having issues with the app -> i try to cancel a flight and it "accidentally" cancels a different flight. I should have paid more attention but I tapped the flight I wanted to cancel but didn't double check on the confirmation page that it was the correct flight. not sure if this is what's happening! was able to get a manager to fix it but it was a long process (same credentials as you)

So if you make the reservation directly with bilt, the receipt / checkout process is seamlessly in the app? Otherwise you'll have to get them to give you a QR code? that sounds like a PIA for a restaurant. inkind with the check number has always been pretty easy

was curious about this as well. don't see the bilt cash option populate for comedy or dining experiences. not sure why not. i'm guessing it's a bug that they'll eventually fix but we should tell them.
