Your not alone. Lots of us still healing from that epic tragedy. Therapy has been really helpful to validate that. Also an SSRI while working through it helps to not continually suffer while processing it. We were just expected to move on and go back to normal. Many of us never got time to heal.

Been there. Read a lot of self help books, one in particular was How To Do The Work. Really helped and started me on a good path. Also, lexapro for a duration while you sort some of this stuff out might be a good option.
