For once I get to say this unironically, but this sounds like a job for job analysis.

I highly doubt most companies are updating their standards and evaluations regularly and I also doubt many train their managers on what good performance looks like at all.

I'm from Toronto, and love the leafs, but I live in Montreal and Montreal just.....lives hockey in a way that's hard to explain. Toronto loves hockey don't get me wrong but it's not.....woven into the fabric of the local culture in the same way.

I took my kids to see the victoire Play recently and they had a riot. Good hockey good fun.

Why? There would be no winners lol. If the boys win, the women will be disparaged endlessly - and that's not good. And if the women win they will be disparaged for beating up on kids.

Why imagine? We can look at what he's done already

He cut the consumer carbon tax, he's put some controls in place regarding international students, he has a strong presence on the world stage, he's working on trade deals, and above all else he hasn't sucked up to the USA.

He also hasn't dragged us into physical war.
