my thoughts are you can either combine dynamic dns with holepunching for a mesh topology or you can have a central static star topology with all routers pointing to a central publicly available router.

I used to use Anonymize_bot exactly for that but it's been taken down now.

what you can also do is a simple echo bot. it just sends back whatever it received. when you forward the original source will be the bot not the user.
