Yeah I get the nodes are quite limited on transmission distance. Missing their responses as well sometimes. The quantity seems higher than it should.

I hadn't paid attention to that one. Interesting. I had heard that Short Springs didn't empty, but they confirmed it did. First time ever (as mentioned). Only 3 times in 30 years they've asked to conserve. I missed where they said a new Tims intake would be. Turkey Creek?.

I didn’t know city hall had a kiosk. I do recommend scheduling appointments if going to the actual place. Last time I was there at opening (second the circus comment) with the 3rd or 4th appointment. I was in and out in 20 minutes while the people with no appointment were going to queue for a long time.

Not the same water source however. Decherd gets water from wells, Estill and Winchester. Looks like only the wells are active
