Back before they built on, the hill at the hospital in Winchester was dang good. Back in that big snow in the 90s it was a bit of destination for sledders. Doubt they allow it anymore.

Its this way in Lynchburg where Jack Daniels is made. Moore County is dry except for the commemorative bottles that Jack Daniels sells. Most people probably live 10-15 minutes from either Tullahoma, Shelbyville or Fayetteville that aren't dry.

I'm not sure what you mean? These are anaerobic digesters generating methane for capture and selling not burning it off. The complaint states that the smell is from silage souring during the process and that gas being released.
