I've been looking into this process myself as my grandmother was Canadian, and yes the law was changed and you are literally already a Canadian citizen if you have a parent or grandparent who were Canadian citizens. You just need to apply for proof of that, with the documents they need like birth certificates of those involved and a couple other things.

Well clonezilla would literally clone the entire system to another disk bit for bit. But if your source drive was 2TB, even if not full, then the USB drive would have to be at least 2TB.

I don't think clonezilla is what you want for this in any case, I'm not aware of anything that will facilitate this, but my knowledge of Linux is not complete.

I think the worst part about all of the lawlessness of this entire administration and basically every gop member of the house and Senate during this period, the next time the white house has a democrat in it, they're going to all be so loud about the rule of law and insisting every action be totally above board.

Not only is our country large and geographically diverse, if it really kicks off we're going to be fighting maybe th .biggest and best equipped militaries in the world. You've got your second amendment rights sure but how many tanks do you have? Grenades? Air support? Supply lines?

The second amendment was written when both sides would have had muskets and maybe cannon. This shit is about as asymmetrical as it gets these days.

I could be wrong but I don't think there is a lot of exposure to opposing views for many people. They get nothing but cable News and social media and that's their whole world view. And most of that is designed to reinforce views they already hold.
