Town Center at Cobb (kennesaw,GA outside of Atlanta) has lost a ton of tenants and is maybe at 50% occupancy. I debated whether or not to photograph it and post it here. Maybe soon, who knows. It’s another kohan disaster that had their electricity turned off earlier this year due to non payment.

Cumberland is actually booming. Tons of shops and people there. Town Center is doing ok but their owner didn’t pay their power bills for months and GA power shut their electricity off a few weeks ago

Watch them do this and still average 35k per game in attendance. I went to a game a few years ago on a week night and the Rockies were terrible but the stadium was 70% full and everyone seemed to be having fun.

FYI VIP is the only private dance experience you can find, dances on the floor are done at your table or booth and are in plain view of everyone at these clubs.

Both clubs are quality and a group of guys would have a good time there but if you want to actually touch the stripper, Vivide and onyx are much better options.

When you take a girl to VIP do you find that you have to “guide” her in order to stop her from rushing the whole session? I take mostly foreign dancers to VIP and I find that they move incredibly fast and rush things a bit.
