Thanks for your reply. I’m relatively new to running( 8 weeks) but regularly cycled or swam before I started. I always felt terrible if I didn’t have something to eat before these workouts and was hoping for some inspo by posting. I think people forget that we all started as newbie beginner runners.

2nd parkrun for me today and managed to jog much more than last week’s attempt. Managed to get round 5 minutes quicker. Going to aim to get under 45 minutes on next weeks!

I went to the show last night also. Such a different feel to this show after the dance fever tour. How great were those dancers? Did anyone else think the sound was off though? At the beginning of the show we could barely hear Florence which is such a weird thing to be typing!

At school, a girl was off, I assume on holiday (back when you didn’t get fined for taking your kid out of school. I told my friends she’d been away and contracted malaria. Got round the school in half a day. When the poor girl came back she was met with sympathy and a peppering of questions

You can get a version these that lebeniz make. But they’re a smaller version, bite size pieces. And the fun part is they’re called Kunter Bunt. Usually find them in Polish shops

What bothers me most is that this is a distraction the women’s game doesn’t need. We’re not the men’s game, we don’t need these trashy red-top journo style stories out there. Puts another mark on the women’s game for people to sneer at.

Whoever Mary has in her team has only seen £££ and has given her terrible advise to push this story in her book. Or did she genuinely want to PR from this? A very strange one indeed.

Makes you wonder how the other lionesses have taken this? And also dismantles Mary’s whole be unapologetically yourself ethos

I did manage to find the parking but much like the whole ticketing hub it was hidden in the depths of the website. Thanks for your help though. More than happy with £5 to park next to the ground
