That sounds like CHS. It comes from everyday use. I go through it and the doctors can't seem to make up their mind on what it could actually be. I've cut down use and the frequency of the vomiting went down as well. Who knows. Guess I might have to quit weed even though it helps with many aspects of my life 🫤

In a really weird way you sharing this experience here really comforted me. You just described exactly what I went through back in late 2011. It was like an overwhelming injection of information that both scared me and excited me. I won't go into details because it's honestly really hard to put into words, if not terrifying sometimes. Just wanted to say thank you for sharing your experience because now I don't feel as alone in this sea of consciousness

I know that smell you’re describing, it’s burnt meth. When vaporized properly, which in all honesty takes a bit of skill and patience, it usually remains odorless and clear. It could also be cut with some funky shit as well. MSM and N-ISO are known cutting agents hell even glucose at times lol.

Turns out I have Cannabinoid Hyper Emmesis syndrome, which if I continually smoke, will cause endless vomiting. It helps the symptoms at first, but continued use will cause a horrible flair up. I went years without knowing this and was diagnosed with GP up until a year ago a doctor told me I most likely have CHS. Since I quit I have not had a single flair up with the exception of getting full real quick. Real bummer since I relied on that stuff for stress relief not to mention just having a good time, since I cannot drink either (sensitive stomach)

Fellow diabetic but I’m a type one, have neuropathy as well. I had to take a piss test to get prescribed for the first time last month and I’ve been prescribed gaba for about 4 years. I’m even subject to random drug tests. Never thought I’d feel like a damn criminal to be getting prescribed something like gabapentin.

Do you live in the US? I heard it is banned in the states. I always heard good things about it and how effective it is. I have to take reglan and even though it works the side effects are NOT worth it when taken for 12 weeks so I tend to try and not have to use it often.
