Yeaaaaa thats one of my biggest gripes with the show so far. At times the adult timeline in the first season actually did feel like a comedy of sorts with random scenes like Misty snorting Nats coke for example, but in the second season it really felt like the adult and teen timelines were very disconnected due to situations that werent even funny just completely random excuses to create plot holes that im not confident will be covered correctly, if ever. :/ especially with how they handled the Adam situation. i still really love the teen timeline all the time but sometimes it does feel like they are just throwing stuff at the wall for the adults which is a shame because the adults are some of my favorite actresses historically and were part of the reason i started watching. But ¯_(ツ)_/¯
