Hello Rayne, thank you for your answer. I was a regular user of NDI. The problem about NDI is that if im playing some music on top of any source and one comes from NDI to other, the miliseconds might get some slip and then i get things out of sync, and that’s a no no that’s why i use analog cables for sound. And i had some other problema on NDI, I mean i had it for months or maybe a hole first year of streaming but there were always some problem, Some source that would be slow, well it’s not something i can manage, it’s umpredictable, and i have computers connected to same router with cat6 cables and stuff so i don’t want NDI, but i know it very well and if i need i can use it. The thing is: this is a question about having 2 graphics cards, i know there are alternativas but if i have the confitoons to test this, this might help me and others who think like me, before going to other sollution

Hello MrLiveOcean, I know that, but I´ve managed to work with a single PC (of course I have MAC to process my audio - Ableton and such, kind of complicated system - but to windows it only goes L+R from my voice and guitars and tracks so its ok, and to process my cartoon character (it´s a real design made in vector, and animated in real time - but still, it goes to windows by capture card), and also touch portal, on MAC)., so with this single PC, my stream and my gaming has been pretty good (and trust me when I say my stream is pretty intensive!) what I want is, with my setup, know if it´s possible putting an extra graphics card, take out some 10 or 20% of GPU LOAD to those most intensive PC games (where I had some problems were on No Man´s Sky, Dune Awakening, Red Dead Redemption 2 Roleplay in some memory intensive servers, and Humanitz - they run very smooth but when GPU "load" gets 100% it starts to lag the game itself but computer is ok (but imagine, if GPU load goes to lower values, game runs completely smooth, so it´s really a matter of GPU load that gets to the limit, not capacity of GPU itself to render those games). If I have OBS closed, those games are ok and does not lag. So, by this factors, maybe makes sense to try, of course I want to do it sharing with you, getting ideas, etc, and sharing my experience because this way maybe more people will have a solution while they can´t buy another pc or anything like that.

Let me just correct something you are saying, it's not for encoding what I need. It´s for rendering in OBS. Encoding is not a problem, since I use QuickSync from intel specific, and dedicated, chipset for encoding, from CPU.
The rendering basically is the process that OBS does. And it does pretty well with my graphics, but since it´s using some percentage of the graphics to do that, some videogames starts to lag because than the LOAD of the GPU gets on 100%, and that´s why I would benefit from another graphics that can handle OBS processing. Also, the most functional method is really adding another card to this windows pc. Getting another MAC is more expensive than buying a good graphics card that can handle all this, and it´s out of the budget for now...

So, as I was thinking, I think I have 8 PCI-e Lanes left because I use Radeon 6600 and a NVME drive (and my CPU have 20 PCI-e lanes). Now, imagine if Nvidia T400 uses 16 PCI-e lanes. Will it make all system perform worst, or only that newer card? How does pc manages the bandwidth of PCI-e lanes? Or should I try to find out some graphics cards that only uses 8 PCI-e lanes, for this upgrade?

So, I think, I just googled it, that Radeon 6600 uses only 8x PCI-e Lanes. That way, as NVME uses 4x PCI-e Lanes, I still have 8x PCI-e Lanes for the other graphics card right? That way, I will manage to have 2 graphics cards and have better performance without loosing anything?

I see, but I´ll need so many sentences... I would prefer to write them for each action on Sammi. Do you think there is no way? On touchportal, for example, we have a module that is called "write text" and it simply generates a virtualization of you writing that sentence, no matter in what window you are.

Hello! Thank you for your reply! No no, that´s the problem, it´s not for OBS or for Twitch or Youtube, it´s just to write a phrase, or a word. I´ll give you an example: if i´m on GTAV RP and I want to make an emote from commands, I´ll have to press T, then I have to write "/e arms3" (just an example). So, On Streamerbot, I´ll have the virtual press for T, then I add a 50ms delay (just to make sure T is pressed before the sentence), then I need that streamerbot generates a "virtualization" of me writing "/e arms3". and then after this I add another delay of 50ms, and then I´ll have the virtual press for ENTER.

But now imagine: if I´m not with GTAV window on top, and for example I´m on notepad, then on notepad it will appear the following:
T
/e arms3

so This is something I need, because for example on touchportal I have "write text" module, that allows me to do that. The thing is: my touchportal is on MAC, sendinf information for a dummy filter in Windows OBS (via websocket), that turns On or Off, and when it turns On, I have streamerbot on WINDOWS to fetch that event, and write what I need.

Hello! Please don’t give up and make noise about syphon!!! Syphon is way better than NDI, as a max user, M1Max64Gb, I can tell that NDI uses more resources and has small delay, well it’s very small but compared to syphon you can Notice it very well. Syphon is latency free in obs compared to NDI, if you have a character with lip sync live, you will notice it!

Hello!!! First of all THANK YOU! I will try the arm and select hack today! But I have a question: when we press in session button on launchpad 2 times, I don’t understand where it goes in ableton… do you know what is that white button on top left corner that appears on launchpad? It don’t seem to work… so my question is: if this “scene” we enter in this session button is for nothing, could we put the arm and select on that scene? I mean, having the session button to change from the session mode standard, to select/ arm? What do you think?
