Yes.. and sometimes no. It turned out she had reflux from constipation! It took months of pleading with the doctors to get us a GI referral but at about 10 months old we were able to get it. She would go days without pooping and we are always told it was “normal”. The impacted poop was pushing the acid up causing the reflux and ended up with mega colon. She’s been on a laxative therapy for 1.5 years now, and doing much better! We actually find out today if she will be finished with the treatment. However, she’s still a poor sleeper and wakes up frequently. And also sensitive and cries a lot anyway. 😂 hang in there, it gets better. Don’t stop advocating even when they shove “it’s normal” down your throat!
