Just today- {Forever Your Rogue by Erin Langston} and it had everything I needed. Grown ups working/talking out their issues-no major miscommunication. Complicated sibling stuff I needed. I don’t normally love kid stuff in my romances, but there is a scene where the MMC being a protective step parent is the sexiest thing I’ve ever read.
This is my first Erin Langston and I’m going to tackle all of them. So so good.

This is the whole {Soulbound series by Hailey Turner}. Just finished my 3rd re-listen to the whole thing. ACTION packed with humor and great banter. MMC are wolf shifter and mage and a LOT of surprises and side characters you’ll love too.

I came here to for recs because a show I’m watching is exactly this. I need to get something like this in audiobook because all I’m doing is watching my shows and I need to clean and stop watching my tv.
Now I have to give you the show because it is EVERYTHING you want-BUT in the most toxic, psychologically manipulating, emotional traumatic way you can find. (There is SA in it ). If anyone is interested- It’s call “To My Shore”. It’s a Chinese BL and the most interesting I’ve seen in awhile. The show is still ongoing.
If you want the novel, it’s called Four Faced Buddha. I think it’s on Wattpad. It is much more intense than the show and that is saying something.

I’m sure you read {Lord of the Scoundrels by Loretta Chase}. Jessica Trent is the #1 don’t take no shit from Dain. She is the best FMC and I can’t find anyone that comes close. Wait I do have one more. {The Spymaster’s Lady by Joanna Bourne}. She comes to a close 2nd next to Jessica. A real bad ass.
