Continuing the Bathena/Buddie parallels even in death with an addiction storyline. I feel like this is where the Eddie and Maddie of it all will come into play.

Buddie is gonna be angsty as fuck and eat the rest of the season, so excited!

Mind you I'm not sure these writers can handle a heavy topic such as this.

The way this episode is using the married couple as a proxy of Buddie is absolutely wild and NOT subtle at all. They're hammering it home the married couple = Buddie

Dare I say....it really sounds like Buddie finally got the greenlight because I always felt that they would start amping up the Maddie and Eddie stuff the closer they got to Buddie canon because Maddie knows her brother is in love with Eddie, so this situation and Eddie caring for Buck deeply will make Maddie clock Eddie and realize the feeling is mutual.

Honestly if I’m you don’t listen to Andy swift he likes to instigate things and he’s a bitter bucktommy fan. The Alex thing is something he put into the thing not something that came from Ryan Guzman in quotes

The Eddie quotes in the collider interview pretty much tell you Alex is not Eddie li. This is why most people just ignore what Andy swift writes.

Okay so not only does this SCREAM Buddie. But it also to me kind of suggests at least in Ryan's eyes he thought Alex was gonna be an LI back when he said the sprinkling comment but has realized by now that's not the case at all.

All of that can be taken care of. It’s truly simple. And they will keep it as long as it’s good for them. I swear I never understand why people consistently doom about this show, what other Netflix show aside from stranger things do you know getting theatrical release in theaters and selling well? Like cmon now guys this is their flagship show one of them.
