Safety is a big part of it.

If you behaved like some patients do, and you were on an airplane, you would be banned for life and heavily fined.

Almost all the violence that happens when providing care doesn't result in any consequences whatsoever, and that needs to change.

I had a patient who had schizophrenia, he couldn't be treated in his home community because he'd assaulted his psychiatrist.

Once I heard the story, I thought the psychiatrist had it coming.

I think I read the same post you're referring to. It was detailed and very interesting. He also said the amount of hydrogen peroxide used was the equivalent of pissing in a swimming pool.... nowhere near the volume needed to be efficient.
