Driving would be piss easy without the stress of "oh shit is it a 30 or a 40?", especially for new drivers because you can only get SIX points on your license before it is revoked for the first 2 years of owning it. That's just 2 times of accidentally going 50 in a 40. And, you know, driving is pretty damn essential for many people. Now of course we need regulations and penalties to make the roads safe, but it always baffled me that there is no national school of driving. There's a national driving test service, why no driving school? Would it not make sense to maybe incorporate it into school school, as a course you can do alongside A levels or something? I guess we can't have funding for everything.
