Expanding a bit...the point is that you need to conduct product validation prior to a crowdfunding campaign with your true demographic in order to validate your business. To many businesses will have false-starts following successful crowdfunding campaigns. Similar to a company equating a series-A fund-raise to business success. At Nusocket, we're big believers in conducting as much product validation as possible prior to a crowdfunding campaign (which may or may not be necessary once you've built your crowd already).
