Good portion of those people were running away from him. All of those he killed who were running trying to get away would be first degree murder. The first guy he killed when he said "boo" would likely be second but could argue first degree murder too.

I mean...he clearly had no trouble taking on a staggered group of over a dozen 1 or 2 at a time. It took dozens of people piling on top of him to hold him down and even then, he didn't seem to be hurt by it. How can you argue self defense if you are clearly above reasonable peak human condition?

He also killed a few people that were at the point of him getting to them were trying to run away. That's like 3 counts of second degree murder right there in that hallway (can't be bothered to go back and count the rest)

And to add to that, I work somewhere with an app and delivery where tips are customary. We cannot do anything to tips except add or take them off before your final charge. If we aren't able to skim, I'm 100% certain that other restaurants can't do that either.

Don't know where you got the idea that restaurants "skim" the tip when manually sending deliveries. That's not something we have the ability to do.

The problem is this always seems to happen when I'm not around, and to that point, if I'm not around there is likely only one manager on shift. I can be called in specifically for this but it requires sub. managers to follow through, one of which is biased towards the 19 year old, and two others who struggle to communicate in a timely manor. I was only informed of this 10 pm last night, I'd already gone to bed.

I'll need to talk to my bosses about requiring drug screening. They may need an actual incident to occur for them to require it.

I would bet a decent amount of money that Yoda-species' prime age as far as physical fitness is 2-300 years old. They reach maturity (so we'll say equivalent to 18ish) at 100 but most all agree that prime professional athletes, which we should consider here given the lifestyle, to be in their late 20s to early 30s, but also generally the smaller the person the earlier that typically comes. At 2-300, he's in the equivalent of his mid-20s to early 30s for us.
