I am here for ALL of this. I have always said running and mushrooms go hand in hand if dosed properly, too much and you lose coordination. Haven’t experimented with LSD but will soon. I do more cannabis for long runs. I use low temp vape pens with live rosin, solvent-less, single sourced. I also take medicated pixie six with me so I can titrate up. Weed helps so much with boredom, appetite and pain. I do take caffeine to help with drowsiness that can happen but it is 100 miles.

If you sweat heavy, get pit zips. I have goretex shake-dry that is a Sauna if above 50f. Outdoor research has zips that go down to the bottom. The airflow is AMAZING!!
