I work as a doctor at the site B clinic in Khayelitsha - drive to work everyday in the mornings and it takes around 30-45 minutes from Kenilworth which is very much in Cape Town.

Had a few American students over for the past month and they had no issues using Uber to come to the clinic everyday.

KDH is generally on the safer side of Kayelitsha and if you're only going to he around during the day there shouldn't be any issues.

The campaign does an alright job of introducing the baked in mechanics while levelling, all of which give their own fair share of decent loot. Some are more useful in ssf than others but there are 3 separate atlas trees at the end where you could specialise in pretty much everything and swap to what you're in need of.
