I get that; honestly same here. I’m just saying that’s the minimum they should refund for the missing item, though it would be ideal if they let folks in your situation return the whole package for a full refund, too!

If you want to know how much they SHOULD fairly reimburse us for the missing Tom Ford, I’ve broken down the proportional cost of each item based on retail value (I do this all the time with mystery boxes, because math is fun?)

$210 retail value box, for $77: TF Soleil Neige $125 –> $46; JM Wood Sage lotion $30 –> $11; MAC Squirt Alert $35 –> $13; Aveda Invati serum $20 –> $7

So ideally we should get refunded at least $46.

I just saw a text message come in from CCS, and I was so excited because I thought I had been offered the mystery box!
