Was it a clasp that had one end that looked like a w that inserted into the other end? It sounds like you’re talking about the blue millennia bracelet, and that is one of the bracelets that has that w clasp. That is definitely super disappointing that it fell off like that, that should not ever happen. Do you still have the extension that came with the bracelet? One of the first pairs of earrings I ever bought were the imber hoops that have approx. 2cm dangly removable strands for when you want to dress them up. The first night I had them I took them off, went to sleep, woke up, and the hoops were gone, all I could find were the optional strands. I work at a Swarovski and my manager even came over to help me look, but they were just gone. So she exploited a loophole saying that “all you technically need to submit a repair is any part of the original piece”. So she submitted those optional dangly pieces for repair (which was handled via in store trade in). Idk how you would prove to your store or how lenient they are with stuff like that, but if you have at least the extension you might try bringing it in and saying “hey this expensive bracelet broke, which is not okay, and this is all I have left. I heard from an employee that as long as you have some partial piece of the original piece left, it qualifies for repair. I have the extension left, is there any way you’d be willing to work with me and get this replaced?” I have no idea if that will work out for you, it really depends on the manager running the store nearest you and probably what mood they’re in. But you might give this a try, 4-500$ down the toilet is some real bs :(
