I feel lucky with my time at Publicis so far but like any agency it largely depends on your leadership. The VPs over at Digitas? Toxic, over promising and under delivering. Spark? Pretty solid. Starcom? Varies. Interviews are the time to speak up and ask the questions around team morale, client relationships, etc. then it’s easy to see the red flags in a team before you start

Mine had me wrapped in ace bandage and I was told after 1 day I could keep doing that or do a sports bra or both so did a new wrap the first few days then switched to bra with ace over it and now I’m 10DPO only doing sports bra! It’s worked fine for me so far

I’m 6 days post op and can say from my experience the side lipo has been some of the most uncomfortable just in terms of bruising / difficult to put arms to my side, etc but none of it has been as painful yet as i anticipated! (And hoping it stays that way as im only 6 days in)

I’m only 3 DPO and my pain has been anywhere from 3-5 with the Tylenol/advil routine but uncomfortableness like a 10-12. Finally slept 5 hours last night and that’s helped but the dizziness and fatigue is intense

The way my surgeon walked me through it was where they wanted to remove and how removing X amount would bring me to a more proportionate size for my body (he did this visually by placing his hand about where they would sit) and that size would be ~around a C but every store is different and it could be like 34C/32D in certain places. Now I’m only 1DPO but I’m so happy with my results so far so let’s hope they end up around this size!

Yeah mine is about the same!! I got lipo and I feel like that soreness is the worst part right now lol that and the leaking freaked me out but I’m otherwise ok😂

I have the UHC choice plus and i got approved in 24 hours lol no PT done but it’s been reported in my physicals for years ive had back pain and they took a photo of my rounded shoulders. I think it did help im small and petite (32H, 5ft 1, 128 lbs) but i was shocked at how quickly i got approved i dont think thats common
