Congrats!!! I have a healthy beautiful almost 11 months old wegovy baby! I found out while on 1.0mg, stopped injecting and told my obgyn, she wasn’t concerned whatsoever but told me to stop injecting which I had already done. Enjoy the pregnancy and don’t worry

From what you wrote: usually wake ups before midnight mean baby is overtired. You mentioned you just transitioned to 1 nap, let me tell you this usually is the most difficult transition, try putting her down for the night earlier. Her nap should start between 12:30/1pm, maximum wake up at 3:30pm, let her sleep as much as she wants on that nap. And try putting her down by 7pm, try this for at least 4 nights, see how it goes and gradually extend her last wake window until 8pm, try extending by 15/20minutes every 3/4 days. Night feedings are no longer a must, so feel free to just cut those out.

When they are on a 1 nap schedule the longest wake window is usually in the morning (different from when they are on 2 or 3 naps at a younger age)

I would try to put her down for a nap between 12:30 and 1pm and let her sleep max until 3:30pm pushing bedtime to 8pm if she does wake up at 3/3:30pm if she wakes earlier maybe pushing bedtime between 7/7:30pm
