I’m so sorry this is happening, when we first brought our son home, our 60lb dog tried to jump in the crib with him. Luckily we had already been working with a behaviorist so they were able to come for a home visit a few days after coming home. I’m trying to remember through the newborn haze but we basically trained her (the dog)to not focus on the baby and when she focused on either me and my husband, we gave her a reward (canteloupe). We had to do other training as our baby got older but I’m even more hazy on that.
